Oracle Fusion HCM Functional/Technical

The Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant/Functional Consultant role based in Hyderabad requires a candidate with over 5 years of experience and an immediate to 15 days notice period. As an Oracle HCM Fusion Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Oracle's Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions. This position demands a blend of technical proficiency and business acumen, particularly in HR processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, encompassing knowledge of middleware products such as SOA, BPM, and WebLogic, to facilitate integrations and customizations. - Proficiency in creating and customizing reports using HCM extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence). - Experience in utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to establish connections between HCM and other cloud or on-premise systems. - Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with third-party applications. - Strong skills in SQL and PL/SQL for executing database queries, customizations, and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of Java for extensions and JavaScript for developing custom UI components. - Understanding of Oracle's implementation methodologies such as AIM or Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM).
