Job Title: Oracle HRMS Payroll Functional Consultant Job Location: Across all India metro cities (Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Mumbai) Experience: 10+ years Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Oracle HRMS Payroll Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Payroll solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Payroll modules, including payroll processing, tax compliance, and benefits administration. The role involves working with clients to understand their business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing Oracle Payroll solutions to meet those requirements. Key Responsibilities: Implement and support Oracle Payroll solutions for clients, including payroll processing, tax compliance, and benefits administration. Work with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions to meet those requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional design documents, test scripts, and user manuals. Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet client requirements. Provide post-implementation support and maintenance to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving payroll-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and project management teams. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years of experience in Oracle HRMS Payroll implementation and support. Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll modules, including payroll processing, tax compliance, and benefits administration. Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Payroll solutions in a global environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex payroll-related issues and develop solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Experience in developing technical documentation, including functional design documents, test scripts, and user manuals. Strong testing skills, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Nice to Have: Experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll. Experience in working with Agile methodologies. Certification in Oracle Payroll.
