The primary objective of the role is to offer solutions that bridge the gap between technology and business acumen, facilitating the delivery of client solutions effectively. In this role, you will be expected to: - Act as a bridge between project and support teams, utilizing techno-functional expertise. - Lead the end-to-end process for new business implementation projects, including business requirement management, integration & configuration, and production deployment. - Assess the feasibility of new change requirements and deliver optimal solutions to clients within defined timelines. - Provide techno-functional support for new business implementations, encompassing the entire system development from scratch. - Collaborate with the solutioning team across architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation phases. - Comprehend both functional and technical designs and architectures for implementation on the ERP system. - Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate existing products through coding, testing, and production activities. - Implement business processes, requirements, and underlying ERP technology to translate them into ERP solutions. - Write code adhering to developmental standards and determine the implementation methodology. - Offer product support and maintenance to clients for specific ERP solutions, resolving day-to-day queries and technical issues efficiently. - Develop and deploy automation tools/solutions to optimize processes and enhance efficiency. - Act as a liaison between technical and functional project requirements, offering solutioning/advice to clients or internal teams as needed. - Provide necessary details to on-site managers regarding any changes and offer off-site support. Apart from the above responsibilities, the role also involves skill enhancement and competency development through various means such as Wipro exams, internal certifications, attending trainings and seminars, and contributing to knowledge sharing through papers, articles, and case studies. Performance in this role will be evaluated based on key parameters like contribution to customer projects (quality, SLA, ETA, tickets resolved, problem-solving, change requests implemented, customer escalation, CSAT), automation (process optimization, ticket reduction), and skill upgradation (# of trainings, certifications, publications).
