You will oversee the application development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process - Ensure timely project delivery - Provide technical guidance and support to the team Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Architecture - Strong understanding of database design principles - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of databases - Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures - Hands-on experience in database security implementation
