Oracle Cloud Consultant Absence Management Functional

This is a contract Oracle Cloud Consultant Absence Management Functional role at Zenith Services Inc. in Hyderabad with flexibility for remote work. You will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to consulting, infrastructure, software development, integration, and solution architecture. As an HCM Cloud SaaS Absence functional professional with 4 to 6 years of experience, you should have hands-on experience with at least 3 end-to-end implementation experiences. Exposure to other modules like Redwood UI & Gen AI will be considered as an added advantage. You are expected to have sound domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle, with expertise in the absence module. You must have been part of at least 3 end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations and completed at least 3 projects in the relevant modules. Client-facing experience is essential, including interaction with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities. Engineering graduates with an MBA in HR will be preferred for this role. Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, influencing and negotiating skills, organizational awareness, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client management are necessary. You should possess good leadership capabilities with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and providing status updates to the Project Manager. You will be required to assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems and interact with clients frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables. Candidates should be open to domestic or international travel for short as well as long durations.
