Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Oracle Applications Facility Management Specialist to oversee, manage, and optimize facility-related operations using Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud Applications. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between facility management needs and Oracle systems, ensuring efficient maintenance, asset tracking , space planning, and vendor management, real estate management, material inventory management  , cost management and budgeting  etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage facility-related modules in Oracle Applications (e.g., Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (eAM), Procurement, Projects, Inventory).
  • Configure Oracle systems to support facility management operations such as maintenance planning, asset lifecycle, service requests,

    space utilization, real estate management

    , material inventory management and cost management and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with the facilities and IT teams to streamline workflows and automate routine tasks.
  • Generate reports and dashboards on facility KPIs, asset performance, and maintenance history.
  • Support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to Oracle facilities modules.
  • Coordinate with Oracle support or consulting partners as needed for enhancements or troubleshooting.
  • Ensure data integrity across facility management systems, including asset registries, preventive maintenance schedules, and vendor databases.
  • Assist with testing, and documentation for new features or releases.
  • Train facility and operations teams on Oracle system usage and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Applications, preferably in facilities or asset management modules.
  • Knowledge of Oracle eAM, Procurement, Projects, or related modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Experience with facility management processes: maintenance scheduling, asset tracking, space planning, work order systems, and compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience with Oracle R12 or above Facilities or Oracle Facilities Management partner solutions.
  • Certification in Oracle Applications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant).
  • Air lines operations knowledge will be added advantage
