Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to drive the sales of our precision optical components and related services. This role will focus on managing tender business and fostering strong relationships with new private clients & existing customers to ensure repeat business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the precision optical components market and possess strong sales and marketing expertise. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for optical components & related requirements, including managing tender submissions and driving repeat business. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the optical components sector. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Tender Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of tenders for PSU and private organizations, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards. Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote optical components and enhance brand visibility, leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with product development and engineering teams to align product offerings with market demands and customer needs. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in the optical components industry or related technology sectors. Proven track record of managing tender processes and securing repeat business. Strong understanding of the optical components market, including customer requirements and competitive dynamics.
