Job Description – Senior Executive (Optical Division)We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive for our Optical Division who has strong experience in spectacle/frame/lens sales and excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: Attend walk-in customers in the optical store and assist in selecting the right spectacles, frames, and lenses Explain different types of lenses (single vision, bifocal, progressive, etc.) and frames to customers Maintain stock, sales records, and display arrangements Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate with the ophthalmology team for prescription alignment Handle billing, after-sales service, and follow-ups with customers Suggest upgrades and offers to boost sales Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate Minimum 5 years of experience in optical sales (mandatory) Strong product knowledge of optical items and brands Good communication skills and a customer-first approach Basic computer knowledge (for billing and stock records) Pleasant personality and sales-oriented mindset Experience: Minimum 5 years in optical sales is mandatory
