Key Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding:
Guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure effective utilization of DemandPay’s payment solutions.Conduct training sessions and provide detailed product guidance.Account Management
Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with customers.Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues.Retention & Growth:
Collaborate with customers to identify process optimization and business growth opportunities.Drive contract renewals, identify upselling opportunities, and nurture long-term partnerships.Advocacy & Feedback
Act as the voice of the customer by sharing valuable insights with product and development teams.Champion customer challenges and successes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,416.78 - ₹25,350.11 per month
