Job Title: Service Delivery Manager Infrastructure (Wintel/VMware) Location: Mumbai, Eastern suburbs (Work from Office) Job Type: Full-time The Service Delivery Manager Infrastructure (Wintel/VMware) is responsible for the successful delivery of infrastructure services across Windows Server (Wintel) and VMware platforms. This role ensures the availability, performance, and resilience of server infrastructure and provides technical leadership and service governance to internal teams and external partners. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 10 years of IT experience with a strong background in Wintel and VMware environments. At least 3 years of experience in an IT service delivery or operations management role. Hands-on experience with: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter Active Directory, DNS, DHCP System Center Suite (SCCM, SCOM) Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with cloud integration (Azure/AWS) is an added advantage.
