Worst policies at all, no work life balance and just keep on creating the trouble for employees. Best part is they know about it still no improvement. Paying salary on 15th so they can keep 15 days reserve for each employee and can harass. Think multiple times before you join.

I cleared all the interview stages while I was still a fresher and was not selected. HR excuses that I was down by 1 mark while the interviewer cannot even understand a simple recursion program. This company has good politicians working for them who will not let someone better than them in.
