Role Description We are hiring a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. Type: Full-Time | Location: Remote (India) Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month (Fixed + Incentives) Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through calling. Schedule and deliver product demos via Google Meet. Present Onsite’s value proposition effectively to decision-makers. Convert demo leads into paying customers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success. Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets consistently. Qualifications: Excellent communication and negotiation skills . 1+ years of experience in sales, SaaS, or construction industry preferred . Strong understanding of customer needs and solution-based approach . Knowledge or interest in construction operations/project management is a plus. Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering , or a related field.
