Featured on Shark Tank India, we’re rapidly scaling across India and beyond. 📝 Role Summary We're looking for an Inventory Management Executive to support day-to-day inventory operations, ensuring timely stock movement, accurate system entries, and well-maintained stock levels for both service and product SKUs. This role is execution-driven and requires strong coordination skills, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 📌 Key Responsibilities Inventory Tracking & Updating Record inward/outward movement of goods in inventory software (ERP/Excel). Ensure GRNs, stock issues, and adjustments are updated on time. Stock Monitoring Track SKU-level stock levels for raw materials, cleaning kits, packaging, and workshop consumables. Notify team when reordering is needed based on minimum stock thresholds. Daily Coordination Coordinate with warehouse, workshop, retail stores, and dispatch teams for smooth stock flow. Prepare stock kits as per service or order needs and ensure timely dispatch. Stock Audits Assist in weekly/monthly physical stock counts and reconciliations. Report any mismatches or losses to the supervisor immediately. Vendor & Logistic Support Follow up with vendors for order updates. Coordinate incoming material deliveries and proper storage. Reporting Maintain inventory registers, usage logs, and daily/weekly reports in Excel or inventory software. Share actionable data with operations and finance teams. ✅ Requirements 6 mon–3 years of experience in inventory, stockroom, or warehouse roles (preferably D2C, e-commerce, or retail). Good working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot preferred). Basic understanding of stock flow, inward-outward processes, and FIFO.
