Role & responsibilities Perform in-process/final inspections of components and finished goods. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions. Use measuring tools such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometer, etc. Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records. Report non-conformances and assist in root cause investigations. Lead customer complaint resolution and liaise with key customers on quality matters. Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality tools Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measurement tools. Knowledge of quality standards. Familiarity with PPAP and GD&T. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
