JOB DESCRIPTION Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). Initiating Background Checks. Preparing offer, appointment, relieving/Experience, Consultant Agreements and HR related letters etc. Lead the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines using project management tools Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos Monitor and report project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) Manage project scope and changes in scope, schedule, and budget Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions Identify and mitigate project risks and issues Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals. Manage existing accounts with proper relationship building, with the intention of growing leads and business from them. Hunt for new accounts to onboard them and tell them about amber and how we are different from other marketplaces and platforms. Meet the targets of bookings and leads from the partners that are being managed in your territory. Liaison with internal teams such as operations, supply, finance, and marketing to ensure that leads are catered effectively and closed. Provide feedback around reasons why leads are not closed and set an action plan. Conduct joint meetings with internal teams and partners to align on expectations and targets and plans for the quarter. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Onboarding consultants - Gather Onboarding documents for consultants / employees , prepare offers, coordinate process with recruiting team , vendor and client from placement confirmation to complete onboarding including background check, validation of work authorization documents ,related paperwork etc. Preparing Agreements - 1099 for individuals and C2C contractors. Knowledge and experience in C2C, C2H, W2, 1099 etc. Client onboarding - Client follow-up and onboarding new clients taking care of agreements, negotiations, related compliance and paperwork. Vendor onboarding - Vendor follow-up and taking care of onboarding new vendors, preparing MSA/ agreements and related paperwork and documents. MSA & SOW - Preparing and Reviewing the MSA and SOW for private and govt client. Documentations - Maintaining client, vendor and employee/ consultants data and updating, Preparing and maintaining all HR related processes. Taking care of Immigration Process & Procedures of filing H1, L1 LCA and GC process etc., following up immigration procedures of H1 visa, L1, CPT etc., Maintaining and taking care of all legal and HR Compliances - State taxes, business license , yearly / quarterly / monthly filings , statement of information etc., Insurance - COI- Company insurance for liability , Errors, omissions etc. ; Employees insurance - Health Insurance , Dental Insurance etc., Updating Insurance Certificates for Clients. Coordinating COIs(Certificate of Insurance) with States Send COIs (Certificate of Insurance) after changing as per client requirements. Health insurance renewals, follow-ups Certifications - Various Certification like Small Business , Minority , Women owned Certification, & Renewals Calculating Pre-tax and Post-tax deductions Annual report filings Timesheet follow-ups and other related HR activities. Payrolls - coordinate for compliances Any Payroll related documents from States to be sent to ADP/Sure payroll and follow-up Process maintenance - Create, update and maintain a repository of documentations to standardize process and policies Recruitment - Working with Domain Heads, Division heads and Project Managers Onshore and Offshore recruitment teams in fulfilling the open positions. Job description The Proposal Writer will work independently writing, editing, proofreading and responding to Request for proposals (RFP), Request for Offers (RFO), Request for Qualifications (RFQu) and request for information (RFI) in response to State and Government clients. This role works within stringent time frames to meet proposal deadlines and must ensure the best-in-class response is complete, accurate, compliant and well organised. This position involves significant interaction with internal stakeholders and a wide variety of internal subject matter experts, in addition to engaging with Client representatives. The position requires a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Lead the proposal process end to end, planning and coordinating all proposal activities in order to prepare compliant, winning responses. Establish project schedule, key milestones, and deliverables to ensure all proposals are completed on time. Develop strategic responses with the appropriate tone and solution. Efficiently manage multiple, overlapping projects and deadlines and coordinate the flow of information from various department contributors to ensure adherence to deadlines. Ensure proper and consistent messaging by proofing, editing, and rewriting all sections of the document as required. Escalate potential issues in a timely fashion, as needed. Responsible for decisions that require independent thought, understanding and action, guided by established policies, practices, and manager coaching.
