Job Summary: We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities at interior project sites. Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site execution of interior projects including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and design intent. Coordinate between contractors, vendors, clients, and the design team to ensure smooth operations and progress. Maintain daily site records, checklists, and progress reports. Track project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of milestones. Inspect workmanship, material quality, and resolve on-site technical issues promptly. Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and site discipline. Manage site resources and inventory to avoid material shortages or wastage. Conduct site meetings and update senior management on progress and challenges. Handle snagging and ensure site handover is completed with zero defects. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or turnkey projects. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture preferred. Strong knowledge of interior materials, detailing, and construction methods. Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and services drawings. Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage labor teams effectively. Job Summary The Architectural Draughtsman is responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings and construction documents based on the concept design and direction provided by architects or design leads. The role demands precision, strong technical knowledge of architectural detailing, and familiarity with building codes, construction practices, and CAD/BIM software. Key Responsibilities Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models for architectural layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed working drawings. Interpret design sketches and convert them into accurate construction documents. Draft plans, elevations, sections, site plans, and architectural detailing (toilet/kitchen joinery, doors/windows, furniture, etc.) Prepare drawings for municipal approvals in compliance with local building codes and regulations. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for multidisciplinary integration. Assist in preparing BOQ take-offs, quantity estimations, and drawing registers. Maintain drawing standards, templates, and ensure document control procedures are followed. Revise drawings based on feedback from the architect or client. Visit sites when required to take measurements or resolve technical issues. Key Skills & Competencies Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SketchUp, along with Photoshop and Microsoft Office tools.
