Qualifications & Experience: •Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7–10 years of relevant experience. •Must have worked in an offshoring company managing accounting services for international clients. •Strong experience in using major accounting platforms used in the US, UK, Australia, and Europe. •Proven track record of leading and scaling finance teams. •Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. •Experience with automation tools, AI-powered accounting platforms, and reporting dashboards is a plus. Job Summary : The profile is responsible for accounting for business transactions, reporting thereof and various tax and regulatory compliances besides acting as the SPOC for external agencies. Key Tasks: 1. Finance – Responsible for banking relationships and compliances required by Banks Coordinate with overseas finance team for strategy and implementation Prepare finance plan for new business projects and transactions and ensure end-to-end execution 2. Accounting – Responsible for day-to-day accounting for business transactions ensuring accurate expense and revenue booking in SAP and managing team for the same Review of bank reconciliations Update standard cost, cost sheets, transport cost on period basis 3. Taxation – Developing and maintaining tax plans, compliance procedures and risk assessment frameworks, to ensure effective tax management Managing and overseeing the filing of regular tax returns, including income tax and GST Identifying, tracking and reporting any potential financial risks or issues and implement appropriate solutions 4. Compliance – Conversant with corporate law and secretarial compliances Coordinate with Company Secretary for conducting Board and shareholder meetings, minutes of Board meeting and general meetings, drafting of resolutions and other company secretarial documents.
