About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Perform different work simultaneously 2. Prepare daily production schedule and handle user requests 3. Manage computer resources efficiently to provide maximum output and adequate system response 4. Communicate regularly regarding scheduling of computer time 5. Resolve computer-related issues by routing user questions to appropriate areas 6. Operate the computer efficiently to ensure production, packaging, and delivery of regular and special reports 7. Maintain operations database 8. Monitor supplies and equipment necessary to ensure continuous operations 9. Receive calls from vendors and respond or refer to supervisor or other areas as needed 10. Prepare tender documents 11. Manage inventory 12. Create quotations, invoices, challans, and proforma invoices 13. Follow up on quotations and payments 14.
