Job Description

The Office Boy plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by performing a variety of support tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable individual who can handle administrative and facility-related duties efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Office Maintenance: Keep the office environment clean and organized, including desks, meeting rooms, and common areas. Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and furniture. Manage the disposal of trash and recycling. Administrative Support: Deliver and retrieve documents, files, and packages within or outside the office. Handle photocopying, scanning, and printing tasks as required. Support other departments with clerical tasks when needed. Hospitality Services: Serve tea, coffee, water, or other refreshments to staff and guests. Maintain cleanliness and order in the pantry and kitchen areas. Assist in setting up and organizing meetings, including preparing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments. Errand Running: Collect and deliver mail, couriers, and parcels. Purchase and stock office supplies, pantry items, and other essentials. General Assistance: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate staff or department. Assist with minor repair work and facility management issues, such as changing light bulbs or arranging maintenance services.
