• Should be able to create vendor specification sheet for all electrical and electronics components independently.
• Should be able to review technical specification for electrical and electronics components independently and signoff on behalf of client.
• Should have knowledge on schematics, Cable, Wires, connectors, terminals, and other accessories.
• Aware of CAD software and Enterprise solution (PLM) and Relevant experience with PLM tools and processes and Bill of Materials
• Developing strategies to mitigate obsolescence.
• Review each supplier/ Distributor for New parts/Module for right Sourcing by Reviewing the Commodity & Supplier, Technology Build, Drawing.
• Able to minimize disruptions caused by obsolete components, By Working with Supplier Engineers and actively manage obsolescence risks.
• Work with vendors/suppliers to receive status updates on material procurement.
• Proficiency in addressing both electrical and mechanical aspects of obsolescence by Reviewing Master BOMs, Supply vs Demand, Obsolesce Parts .
• Excellent in communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Ability to work with minimum guidance /supervision.
• SEMI domain experience will be added advantage.
• Work location Bangalore.
