Roles and Responsibilities of a Nurse at Manipal Hospitals

1. Assessing and evaluating patients health status

2. Developing and implementing nursing care plans

3. Providing medical treatment and administering medications

4. Educating patients and their families about healthcare and self-care practices

5. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes

6. Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

7. Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures

8. Keeping up to date with the latest developments in nursing practices and healthcare technology

9. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in nursing; Master's degree preferred

- Valid nursing license and registration

- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
