Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for preschool children aged 18 months to 6 years.
Develop curricula based on Montessori principles, incorporating child psychology and developmental needs.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and performance.
Create a nurturing environment that fosters social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth of students.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience as a teacher or educator in early childhood education (pre-primary).
Strong understanding of child psychology and child development theories.
Excellent classroom management skills with ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
Effective communication skills for interacting with young children, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
