Supervise and coordinate the activities of the quality control team. Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications. Identify quality issues and lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives. Maintain and update quality documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports. Train production staff on quality standards and best practices. Ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, or other relevant quality certifications and regulations. Prepare and submit regular quality performance reports to management. Handle customer complaints related to product quality and implement preventive actions. Requirements: Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical. Minimum [1-3] years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality assurance methods, standards (ISO 9001, etc.), and tools. Experience with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and testing methods. Proficient in MS Office and quality management systems/software. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
