Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Feedback: Gather customer feedback and report it to the relevant departments for product or service improvement. 3. Required Skills and Qualifications: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking style. Sales Skills: Ability to sell products or services and handle objections. Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing solutions and maintaining positive relationships. Attention to Detail: Accurate data entry and record-keeping. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively. Technical Proficiency: basic computer applications (MS Office, etc.). Language Skills: Proficiency in the language(s) required for the role (e.g., English, Hindi ). 4. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a similar role is often preferred.
