Position: Non-IT Recruiter Qualification: Any Degree Experience: Min 2 Year Experience Only Non-IT Requirement Experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Identifying and understanding staffing needs: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for non-technical roles. Sourcing candidates: Develop and execute sourcing strategies, utilizing various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified applicants. Screening and interviewing: Review applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and evaluate candidates for fit. Managing the hiring process: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Building relationships: Foster strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Tracking metrics: Monitor key hiring metrics like time-to-fill and source of hire. Staying updated: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and relevant technologies. Required Skills: Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and the ability to present information effectively. Relationship building: Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Sourcing: Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and platforms. Interviewing: Expertise in conducting effective interviews and evaluating candidates. Negotiation: Ability to negotiate job offers and manage expectations. Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the recruitment process. Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
