Job Description

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js.
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
Work with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
Build scalable and high-performing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
Implement security and data protection best practices.
Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and technical discussions.
Integrate third-party APIs and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js development.
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
Experience with Express.js, Nest.js, or similar frameworks.
Proficient in working with NoSQL and SQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc. (optional but preferred).
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2).
Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Good debugging and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
