Job Description: Node.js Developer Control Print Ltd. is seeking a competent and motivated Node.js developer to join our dynamic software development team. As a Node.js developer your primary role will be to develop and execute scalable APIs and applications using the Node.js framework, guide and mentor a and handle client interactions. You will create high-performance, efficient web applications that can handle large amounts of data and traffic for our clients. Responsibilities: - Development and implementation of complex Node.js applications on cloud infrastructure. - Design and maintain scalable and efficient APIs, integrating third-party APIs into Node.js applications. - Write efficient, transparent, and well-documented code that meets industry standards. - Collaborate with designers, stakeholders, and product owners to define, design, and implement new features. - Optimize and tune the performance of existing Node.js applications. - Ensure adherence to privacy and security standards. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in Node.js development. - Handle client interactions, including escalation management and firefighting situations. Objectives: - Build back-end applications that power web and mobile applications. - Develop scalable Node.js applications for cloud deployment. - Design and integrate third-party APIs into Node.js applications. - Provide leadership and mentorship to team members. - Manage client escalations and assist the team in resolving critical issues. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (BCA/MCA/B Tech). - Demonstrable experience in web application development with expertise in Node.js. - Good Experience in Asynchronous and Event-Driven, able to write application that Uses a single-threaded model with event looping. - Extensive experience around using well known NPM libraries to enhance reusability. - Proficiency with front-end technologies like CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL or MongoDB. - Familiarity with web development frameworks such as Express.js. - Understanding of microservices architecture and DevOps principles. - Desired to have good understanding of cloud such as AWS, Azure. - Understanding of Git, GitHub - Knows about API Principles and security around it - Excellent problem-solving and management skills. - Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to manage escalations and critical situations. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: - Experience with cloud-based infrastructure like AWS or Azure. - Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. - Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React.js or AngularJS. - Working knowledge of test-driven development (TDD). - Certification in Node.js from a recognized organization.
