Skills & Experience Required: • Ability to build Web and Windows applications using Node JS is mandatory • Identify and solve technical problems efficiently. This includes debugging code, diagnosing performance issues, and addressing system failures. • Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines. Implement quality assurance processes to identify and • address defects early in the development lifecycle. • Lead a team of software developers, providing guidance, support, and technical • expertise to ensure successful completion of projects. • Experience in working with ASP framework is mandatory • Experience in working with MySQL is mandatory • Experience in working with Angular 2 & above is mandatory • Strong knowledge of OOP concepts is mandatory • Strong communication skills required • Knowledge of tools like Hang fire (jobs), SonarQube (code review) is a definite plus • Experience in building web applications with NodeJs is a definite plus. • Strong analytical and performance tuning capabilities preferred. • Strong project and task estimation skills is a definite plus. • Need to be strong team player and handle challenges efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: • Build large enterprise software applications using Node JS, .NET Core 2.1 & above, ASP Framework, Angular 2 & above, MySQL etc. (Must Have) • Perform unit testing of the code using MS Unit. • Participate and contribute in Code Review activities. • Guide subordinates & junior in the team to achieve the delivery on time and with quality. • Communicate with customer in meetings or emails wherever required.
