About the job: Please Note: This is a contractual role. Key Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with users via chat, email, and phone within the expected turn-around time (the communication will primarily be in English - Being good at other languages is a bonus). 2. Acknowledge and resolve all customer queries, complaints, and issues. Communicate users' problems with other departments and ensure that the problem is solved. 3. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. 4. Know our products thoroughly, and keep yourself updated with all the changes that take place in them. 5. Note any feedback provided by the user, and pass it to the relevant team. Ensure high customer satisfaction 6. Meet with the relevant departments to understand all Niyo processes. 7. Ensure that you are meeting all our SLAs (responding on time, maintaining a high customer satisfaction rate, etc). Work Timings: 1. The candidate will be required to work different shifts as we provide 24/7 support to all our customers. 2. The work timings will depend on the weekly/monthly roster that is created for you. 3. The candidate will be required to work 6 days a week, doing 9-hour shifts, with rotational weekly holidays.
