Dear All, We have an opening for Liaison Officer Job Location: Nivee Property Developers, Hyderabad We are looking for a Liaison Officer to join our team as a Liaison Officer. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of municipal regulations and legal procedures, helping to streamline project approvals, ensure compliance, and manage government relations effectively. Key Responsibilities: Government Liaison: Coordinate with GHMC, HMDA, and other regulatory bodies for project-related approvals. Facilitate timely acquisition of building permits, layout approvals, and occupancy certificates. Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Interpret and apply relevant municipal laws, land use policies, and building regulations. Ensure all construction activities comply with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks. Documentation & Legal Review: Review and prepare legal documents, contracts, and applications for submission to authorities. Maintain accurate records of all regulatory communications and approvals. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with government officials and departments. Represent the company in legal hearings, site inspections, and official meetings. Advisory Role: Provide legal and procedural advice to project and management teams. Monitor changes in urban development laws and advise on their impact. Qualifications: Any recognized degree along with an LLB qualification. Retired official from GHMC or HMDA can also apply Strong understanding of urban planning, municipal regulations, and legal documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and legal drafting skills. Well-connected within government and legal circles in Hyderabad. Preferred Skills: Experience in handling legal matters related to land acquisition, building approvals, and environmental clearances. Familiarity with Telangana State Building Rules and other relevant local laws.

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Required experience in high rise residential and commercial buildings with Aluminium form work Responsible for planning and monitoring of high-value commercial and residential projects Should monitor project requirements like material, manpower and coordination with Architects for drawings and all Assist in the preparation of project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and procurement planning. Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and budgets for various construction activities. Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications. Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and identify potential cost overruns. Assist in the tendering process, including preparing tender documents and evaluating bids. Manage and maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Support the development and implementation of cost control measures. Assist in the preparation of progress reports and other relevant documentation for management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in construction planning and quantity surveying. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, cost estimation techniques, and contract management. Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Prime Veera,MS Project, and Excel . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
