Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews. Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidates. Maintain and update the candidate database accurately. Provide administrative support for onboarding, employee records, and documentation. Maintain HR files, reports, and HR systems to ensure data integrity. Address day-to-day HR inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Support the organization of employee events, training sessions, and meetings. Assist in creating and distributing internal communications related to company policies and initiatives. Support the HR team with daily activities and special projects as required. Help ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Demi Chef De Partie will assist the Chef De Partie and Sous Chef with daily food preparation and cooking duties, ensuring high culinary standards are maintained. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and presentation of dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The role requires collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and quality of all meals served.
