Role & responsibilities Receive and process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner. • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure order fulfilment and delivery. • Coordinate with despatch production team for timely processing customer orders.• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support. • Address customer issues and collaborate with the sales team to provide solutions. • Addressing questions about products, services, pricing, and delivery timelines. • Responsible for managing the entire process efficiently to meet customer expectations and deadlines.• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations. • Provide daily update on customer order status. • Provide administrative support to enhance the team's efficiency. • provide prompt and accurate responses to potential and existing customers. • Coordinate with Presale team to get the correct data to process order efficiently. • Prepare internal meeting agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items.• Juggling multiple responsibilities such as handling inquiries, coordinating with teams, and managing documentation requires strong organizational skills. • Work closely with departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure the timely delivery of products or services to customers • Prepares Advance Bank Guarantee, Performance Bank Guarantee, Proforma Invoice. • Providing support to credit control team for customer outstanding, payment follow up with customer. Role & responsibilities Responsible for assimilating data across assigned regional offices and analyze sales tracking Ensure CRM is utilised effectively to justify the high CAPEX and to drive sales force productivity. Assess market trends and competitive actions by regular monitoring of regional offices Develop monthly dashboards for top management Escalate issues to top management on an exception-basis (including resource challenges, customer negotiations, key accounts management, etc.) Make cross-functional decisions within the zone and on behalf of the region, with guidance from top management in exceptional items Disseminate field level information across different relevant functions to facilitate creative improvements Accomplish target revenue and profitability goals for the zone Collaboratively set zonal vision and business plan; prioritize in accordance with overall Nilkamal objectives Take up responsibility of additional special projects, as required Essential : Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills. In depth SAP and CRM knowledge In depth knowledge of the SKUs and that the company produces and sells Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe CS applications. SAP experience is an advantage. Proven outstanding numerical and analytical skills. Proven excellent communication skills verbal and written. Excellent project management skills, strong focus on detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines and meet fast timelines. Multi task, proactive and X-functional/discipline attitude. Ability to solve problems with high energy and a positive attitude. Must be self-motivated and have a high sense of urgency. Ability to build solid working relationships with several departments. Fluency in English Preferred : Proactive in approach Ability to handle stress
