E-Commerce Operation Specialist (Technical Operations) Employment Type: Full Time Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, product listings, inventory sync, and day-to-day operations across multiple marketplaces and brand websites. Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings, catalog updates, and pricing on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, etc. Coordinate with internal teams for new product onboarding, inventory uploads, and content management. Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and tracking. Handle return and refund management as per platform SOPs. Use Excel, ERP, and API tools for reporting and performance tracking. Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitor activities across platforms. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. Identify bugs or system glitches and coordinate with tech/support teams for resolution. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports. Key Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. Min 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations. Strong command of Chatgpt, Canva, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and order processing platforms. Knowledge of marketplace panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.). Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and e-commerce tech systems is an added advantage. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
