We're Hiring Position: Office Accountant cum Front Office Executive Company: Newtech Engineers Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Type: Full-Time Newtech Engineers is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Office Accountant cum Front Office Executive to join our team in Gandhidham. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting practices, comfortable handling front office tasks, and willing to take ownership beyond their core responsibilities. Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Distributor Sales Representative (DSR) to join our team in Kutch. The ideal candidate will be a skilled sales professional with a strong engineering background, capable of leveraging the technical superiority and quality of Shell Lubricants to drive sales in a price-sensitive market. As a DSR, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, winning orders through value-based selling, and promoting our premium lubricant solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients such as Purchase Managers, Maintenance heads, and key stakeholders in the Kutch region. Drive sales of Shell Lubricants by articulating the technical advantages, product quality, and long-term value over lower-priced competitors. Conduct technical consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate lubricant solutions. Achieve sales targets while navigating the challenges of a price-sensitive market. Collaborate with the technical team to provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities. Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to the management team. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in lubricants, industrial products, or related technical sales. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, industrial applications, or lubricant technologies. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients. Value Selling: Proven track record of winning orders through value-based selling in a competitive, price-sensitive market. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the industrial landscape of Kutch and the ability to navigate its unique market dynamics.
