About the Role We're seeking a passionate and photography-loving Customer Service Executive to join our team! You'll be the hero for our customers, resolving their inquiries promptly and efficiently across various channels (email, phone, social media, live chat). You'll also play a key role in gathering customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to elevate our service quality. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and high satisfaction. Address customer complaints professionally through email, phone, social media, and live chat. Maintain and strive to improve customer service SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement using root-cause analysis. Foster a customer-centric company culture through positive interactions and advocacy. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to optimize processes and service delivery. Junior Systems Administrator NVI focuses on making it easy for retailers, photographers, and businesses to offer their customers high quality personalized products - such as photo books, calendars, gifts, stationery, canvases, prints and posters. We also offer a range of products for consumers and creative professionals. NVI has been in the photographic industry for over 30 years, manufacturing photo products for consumers and pro photographers. As a member of the IT team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the systems that enable our products and services and work closely with engineering and business teams. Responsibilities : ● Manage the entire network infrastructure of an organization along with computer systems and servers ● Design and install computer systems, routers, switches, local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and intranet systems. ● Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues, and offering training as needed. ● Knowledge of Linux operating systems, windows server, mysql, SQL server ● Thorough knowledge and experience in installation and troubleshooting windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10 ● Set up and maintain databases used in an organization. ● Integrate data from an old database into a new one or even create a database from scratch. ● Monitor the speed of the internet to make sure that everything runs smoothly. ● Analyze a website’s traffic patterns and implement changes based on user feedback. ● Monitor and maintain the security systems of an organization. ● Develop organizational security procedures and also run regular data checkups - setting up, deleting and maintaining user accounts. ● Strong documentation skills to create and maintain system documentation, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures. ● Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Google meet, Skype) to facilitate communication and collaboration among team members. ● Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and availability in case of system failures. ● Exploring innovative tools to fulfill organizational needs through comprehensive research and analysis.
