Neuro- Performance Trainer

We are a dynamic performance enhancement company working across sports, psychology, fitness, and brain training. Our Brain Performance Division is at the forefront of cognitive development, neurofeedback training, and athlete brain profiling.

We are looking for a passionate Brain Trainer who can lead and deliver high-quality neurocognitive training sessions and help athletes and individuals achieve peak brain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct brain training sessions using advanced tools.

• Maintain accurate daily session logs and report to the Brain Training Head

• Analyze cognitive and behavioural data to provide insights into progress

• Collaborate with fitness and psychology teams for integrated performance plans

• Deliver training to athletes, students, and clients across various age groups

• Assist in preparing performance reports and documentation for HR and management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree Physiotherapy

• Prior experience in neurocognitive training or brain performance (preferred but not mandatory)

• Strong observational and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Willingness to travel to training locations if required

• Passion for high-performance training and innovation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

• New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
