Job Title: Web Developer with CRM Expertise Department: Technology Services Reports To: Technology Manager Shift Time: 5PM onwards Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer with CRM experience to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to client specifications. A core part of this position includes developing and maintaining CRM integrations, optimizing workflows, and supporting marketing and sales automation efforts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks. Supporting client sitelets and managing the relationship with the vendor. Integrate front-end and back-end components with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics). Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in web development with proven experience working with CRM platforms. Proficiency in modern web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js), PHP or Python. Hands-on experience with one or more CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration. Experience with C MS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and version control tools (e.g., Git) . Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, SEO best practices, and responsive design. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: CRM certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer or HubSpot CMS Developer). Experience with database technologies (MySQL, MongoDB, Kubernetes). Working knowledge of marketing automation tools and strategies ( Google Tag Manager, Zoom Info ). Understanding of data privacy regulations and security best practices.

Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR): Accounts Payable Management: Oversee the processing of vendor invoices, ensuring that they are accurate, properly approved, and paid in a timely manner.
