.NET Software Engineer

As a Tech Lead with 7+ years of experience, you will be responsible for leading a team to translate designs into process/program specifications. Your role will involve conducting code reviews, walkthroughs, and testing to ensure the quality of deliverables meets the requirements and adheres to defined processes. You will maintain close communication with TPM and other Technical Leads to ensure consistency of design and integration of modules. Your duties will also include planning and leading requirement gathering from clients, analyzing requirements, and developing module technical design specifications. You will ensure alignment of technical design to the overall architecture defined and deliver quality outputs based on defined processes, taking corrective actions when necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing timelines for tasks in alignment with the project schedule, preparing/reviewing project documents and deliverables, and ensuring they meet schedules. You will assist project managers in preparing implementation and data migration checklists, as well as ensuring the completeness and comprehensiveness of configuration checklists/release checklists. In this role, you will assess service request/enhancement feasibility, effort, schedule, and risk plan, and identify and escalate risks to a higher level to mitigate the impact on project delivery. Your soft skills such as managerial skills, communication, presentation, client relationship, analytical & logical skills, and team management will be essential in effectively carrying out your responsibilities. This position is based in Ahmedabad/Vadodara and requires expertise in .NET Core with additional technical skills in Node.js, Angular Typescript, React.js, or Azure. Your ability to lead a team and ensure the successful delivery of projects will be crucial in this role within the Information Technology & Services, Computer Software, and Management Consulting industry.,
