NET Consultant

Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled NET Consultant with expertise in full stack development using C# The ideal candidate will possess solid design principles and a strong work ethic, with a preference for candidates with banking experience The role involves working with document-based databases and event-based messaging frameworks as the organization transitions to cloud-based solutions Knowledge of containerized applications and frontend technologies such as Angular is a plus Main Responsibilities: The candidate will engage in transformative projects focusing on the merger of banking and securities systems Key responsibilities include: Design and implement scalable cloud-based solutions Extend systems to support multiple entities within the organization Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to ensure alignment of development processes Support existing applications and contribute to internal frameworks Facilitate the transition from WPF to Angular for frontend applications Work with a full-stack development team to enhance existing systems Key Requirements: The following skills and qualifications are required for this role: Proficiency in C# and NET framework Experience with full stack development, particularly in a banking environment Solid understanding of design principles and architectural patterns Familiarity with document-based databases and event-based messaging frameworks Experience with cloud migration and containerization Hands-on knowledge of Angular or willingness to learn Nice to Have: Preferred additional skills include: Experience with MongoDB or similar database technologies Background in project control and risk management applications Understanding of unit testing and integration testing methodologies Familiarity with Murex or in-house built platforms Other Details: This position will involve collaboration on key projects to support digital transformation within the organization The role is remote-friendly with flexible work arrangements, aiming to enhance cloud-based operations
