Position Overview This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting activities of the company. Bank interactions,and Responsible for reconciling invoices, processing reimbursements, managing expense reports, bank deposits, and financial records. Involves data entry, payroll review, issuing invoices, and supporting audits. Skills Required Throughout knowledge in Direct / Indirect tax provision Fund planning and management practices. Strong oral and written communication skill Proficiency in Tally based accounting. Excellent excel skill Strong negotiation and problem-solving skill Job Responsibilities Need to handle daily accounting of the company. Responsible for daily cash-flow planning. Debtors/Creditors management. Appearing before the tax authorities. Reconcile Bank Statements by comparing transactions to the general ledger. Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance department including filing, report generation, budget review etc. Invoicing and GST filing. Forex transactions. Import and Export procedures Liaoning with statutory/tax authorities like ESI, PF etc Education Qualification B. Com Graduate with Minimum 1-2 year Relevant Experience Freshers please excuse Gender: Any Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Accounting: 1 year (Preferred) Tally: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) Expected Start Date: 01/08/2025
