These are large spacious 4 BHI flats with 12 towers. There are only 90 units in 12 towers so it is going to be low density living. We can enjoy privacy and peaceful living. We are excited to move here

This is going to be a safe and enjoyable residence for children as there are 12 towers. There are many kids to play with my child and excellent amenities like toddler’s pool, children’s play area, gardens and sports facilities.

NCC Infrastructure has good projects in Chennai also. Urban One is a township with more than 1000 flats. The pricing, construction, amenities and plan is all good.
