Role & responsibilities Experience in Responsible for developing optimized NC programs for new products. Experience in Should implement best-in-class manufacturing methods and cutting tools available in the market. Experience in Develop tool setup sheets and standardize the machining process. Experience in process planning and cutting tool selection for new products. Experience in On-time delivery of NC programs for new products. Experience in Ensure zero non-conformance arising out of cutting strategy. Experience in Compliance to system audits zero compliance issues. Engineering graduate or equivalent with expertise in NX - CAD CAM process and Vericut simulation. Experience in post-process for 5 Axis, mill-turn, and turn-mill preferred (Fanuc / Siemens). Knowledge/implementation experience of zero-defect methodology processes.
