About the Role We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you'll take ownership of our Zoho CRM platform—driving optimization, data integrity, workflow automation, and seamless integration across departments. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to refine business processes and build technical solutions that boost operational efficiency and performance. Key Responsibilities Zoho CRM Ownership: Manage and maintain the Zoho CRM system to ensure it aligns with business goals and supports efficient sales operations. Process Automation: Design and implement workflows that streamline sales processes from lead generation to deal closure. Custom Development: Build custom modules, functions, automation, scripts, and Blueprint workflows using Zoho tools and Deluge scripting. Zoho Ecosystem Expertise: Stay up to date on the full Zoho suite—including Zoho CRM, Analytics, Desk, Projects, Creator, and more—to identify tools that can improve business outcomes. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and develop reports/dashboards to track key metrics and inform decision-making. Lead & Deal Management: Structure and support the full lifecycle of lead and deal tracking to keep the pipeline transparent and effective. User Training & Support: Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure teams leverage CRM best practices effectively.
