Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.2+ years of experience in ERP sales, pre-sales, or business development roles. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar). Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business value. Experience selling ERP solutions in manufacturing, retail, finance, or logistics sectors. Previous experience in handling mid-market and enterprise-level clients. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Familiarity with Indian business practices, taxation, and compliance is a plus. Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related degrees and throughout education in English medium.
