You’ll join a small, result-driven team working together under one roof in Nashik. Role Overview We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Node.js Developer with rock-solid fundamentals, who can move quickly from concept to code (with help from ChatGPT!). You’ll own backend services in Nest.js, design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, and ideally lend a hand on the React.js frontend when needed. Key Responsibilities Architect, develop and maintain backend APIs in Nest.js Design efficient, normalised schemas and write performant queries in PostgreSQL Collaborate closely with frontend engineers on integration points; contribute React.js components as needed Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to accelerate prototyping and code generation Write clear, well-tested, and well-documented code Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure high availability Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of professional Node.js experience Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals Hands-on experience with Nest.js or similar MVC frameworks Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL : schema design, indexing, query optimization Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to speed up development Preferred Skills Prior work on React.js applications or willingness to dive in Experience building or consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs Containerization (Docker) and cloud deployments (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) Knowledge of Redis, RabbitMQ, or other messaging/queueing systems Understanding of automated testing frameworks (Jest, SuperTest, etc.) What We Offer Competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses Flexible working hours (start and finish times within core overlap) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Expected hours: 30 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Fixed shift Night shift Weekend availability Location: Midc Ambad, Nasik, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person
