Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence. Optimize content for the website and social media platforms. Monitor and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Manage and maintain the organization’s website(s) including SEO optimization. Execute email campaigns and newsletters using tools like Mailchimp or similar. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles. Hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and email marketing. Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console). Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Excellent communication and creative thinking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce). Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint. Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools. Video editing or marketing automation experience is a bonus.
