We are seeking a qualified and motivated teaching faculty member for the M.Sc. Anatomy program. The faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring postgraduate students, guiding research, and contributing to the academic development of the department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Teaching & Instruction: Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Gross Anatomy, Histology, Embryology, Neuroanatomy, and Comparative Anatomy. Conduct cadaveric dissections and guide students during practical sessions. Prepare course materials, lesson plans, and assessments in accordance with the curriculum. Utilize modern teaching methods including audiovisual aids and digital platforms. 2. Student Support: Guide and mentor students in academic performance and research activities. Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback. 3. Research & Publications: Undertake independent and collaborative research. Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at academic conferences. Seek research funding and participate in interdepartmental collaborations. 4. Administrative Responsibilities: Participate in departmental meetings, academic audits, curriculum planning. Maintain records of attendance, performance, and internal assessments. Contribute to departmental activities, workshops, and academic events. Freshers with a strong academic record and teaching aptitude may also be considered.
