Follow-up on Non-Performing Assets in the Cluster and Closing the Accounts in the Specified timeline. Ensuring the Growth of Gold Weight Under Management every quarter. Ensuring the Growth of the Customer base who are active throughout the cluster. New Customer Acquisition on a daily basis by a rigorous follow-up with the team. Ensuring the Loans are renewed every year on or before the due date. Take over Gold loans from various sources by making use of the month-on-month activities. Focusing on Resource Mobilization and the Cross-selling of other Products which are part of Business targets .
