Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Mushroom Cultivation Specialist to join our farm team. The role involves assisting in various stages of mushroom production, including substrate preparation, spawning, harvesting, and packing. Key Responsibilities: Prepare substrate and growing beds Assist in inoculating (spawning) and maintaining hygiene in grow rooms Monitor temperature, humidity, and cleanliness in cultivation areas Harvest mushrooms carefully and efficiently Sort, weigh, and pack mushrooms for sale Maintain accurate daily production records Clean and sanitise work areas and tools regularly Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Rangareddy, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Diploma (Required) Experience: Mushroom Cultivation: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
