Openings for International Voice Process

Location: Mindspace, Hyderabad

Package: 4.0 LPA 4.2 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in International Voice Process

Graduation Mandatory

Rotational Shifts, 2 Rotational weekoff

Documents Required:

Relieving Letter from Previous Companies which you have worked

EPFO History (Should be Clear)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and issues over inbound/outbound international calls

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards

Provide solutions in a timely and professional manner

Adhere to HSBCs compliance and process guidelines

Interview Mode: Face to Face

Interview Rounds: AMCAT, Manager round

Openings for Domestic Voice Process

Location: Mindspace, Hyderabad | Shift: Rotational Night

5 days working 2 week offs

1 -Way Cab Provided ( 25kms radius)|

Immediate Joiners Only! if not opting for cab 3000 travel allowances.

Good English and Hindi Communication Skills

Salary Package: 1 year experience upto 3.7LPA

Documents: Relieving Letter from Previous Companies

Interview Mode: Face to Face

*Interview Rounds: AMCAT, Manager round

Openings for Customer Support Banking Voice Process

Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad

Salary Package: Upto 3.5 LPA

Shift: Rotational Shifts (1-Way Cab upto 30km + 1700 Shift Allowance)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 Year Experience in Banking Voice Process (Domestic or International)

Graduation is Mandatory

Fluency in English and Hindi is Required

Relieving Letter and PF (EPFO) History Mandatory Documents

Must be able to work in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer queries related to banking products and services

Provide accurate information and effective solutions within defined timelines

Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism

Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and operational procedures
